Will my account be automatically renewed?
A: Yes, we will automatically renew your account at the end of your membership period unless notified by e-mail beforehand that you do not wish to renew. Be sure and identify yourself accurately so that we can locate your account record in our database - include your first and last name, and/or the e-mail address that you used to establish your account. Your account will remain valid until the end of the membership period you have paid for. For all Billing matters : Contact Us A: We do not recommend sending us a new credit card number by e-mail, as this is not a secure method and may expose you to the possibility of your card number being intercepted by hackers. Instead, the best way to accomplish this is to notify us that you wish to change your billing method. We will then mark your account for non-renewal and allow it to expire. Second, the expiration date entered when you first joined may now be out of date. Third, the name on the card may not correspond to the name you used when you submitted your membership application. Q: My computer crashed and I can't remember my user name and password. What should I do? A: Send us an e-mail and accurately identify yourself with your first and last name, and the e-mail address you used when you first applied for membership to Cocktailboyz.com. We will e-mail your correct user name and password back to you. A: The Internet is becoming busier and more crowded every day. Although the Cocktailboyz.com website is located on the fastest server our provider has available, this does not mean that you will be able to connect at the speed of light any time you wish.
